Atelier Keaton, for products purchased through its website atelierkeaton.com offers free shipping whenever possible to all major urban centres in Canada. Freight charges will apply for shipments to rural and remote areas in Canada. We will attempt to ship all merchandise within 6-8 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated. Shipping times will vary depending on final customer destination. Atelier Keaton will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We do not ship to post office boxes.

All orders include white glove delivery (where available).

Yes, Atelier Keaton products are available to ship worldwide through industry and trade professionals. Our online store is currently only available to ship within Canada.

Yes! We’re happy to send you complimentary fabric swatches of our standard "Esopo" fabric. 
At this time, all other textiles are only available to be experienced at our showroom.

Merchandise purchased online through atelierkeaton.com or at our showroom may be returned within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) which must be obtained by calling our Customer Serivce Deptartment at 1 (800) 387-9496 or by email at info@atelierkeaton.com.

Returns should be properly packed, identified with RA number, and sent at the customer's expense, to Arconas Corporation, 5700 Keaton Crescent, Mississauga, Ontario – L5R 3H5 Canada. Actual cost of shipping item to client will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged products must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items thoroughly immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Products sold through atelierkeaton.com or from our showroom are made to order and production begins shortly after the order is placed online. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
